The Story

Maya is a freshly hatched little bee who is truly unique. Her curious and inquisitive mind prevents her from simply following the rules of the hive, including never to trust the hornets that live beyond the meadow.

When the Queen’s Royal Jelly is stolen the hornets are swiftly blamed and Maya is suspected of being their accomplice. No one believes in her innocence and no one will stand by her, except for her slightly timid best friend Willy.

The only way to prove Maya’s innocence is to venture deep into the strange and wondrous meadow, where she and Willy make friends with a host of other creatures, uncover the truth, save the Queen and end the long-term hostility between bees and hornets.
